Working or Studying children…

Firstly Happy English new year to all the people who celebrates it. Hope you will achieve every goal you set for this year and may your efforts turn to result this year. So, today I want to continue the topic we are discussing from last 2 days which is Gurukul V/S Schools. Actually I found the proof why Gurukul is better from Schools and what will happen if we now in the modern age also use to make Gurukuls rather than Schools.
So, let’s start from the proof, before that I want to ask you a question, What is important theory or practical implementation? Some will say Theory some will say Practical may be many will be in favor of Practical. Actually it depends on what background you have, theory will choose those who belongs to research backgrounds either scientists or archeologists or any other branch or researchers they all will choose theory and the rest all who belongs to technical or engineering background they will choose practical, what did you prefer?
One thing you must take to consideration, actually this is a incident and original condition of India. I don’t know how many of you seen children working in the stores but I have alot of times, I think they should go to schools to learn all those things which we are learning, so that they could improve their conditions, I talked to a kid and asked why you didn’t goes to school, you know what he said me a thing which literally questions my mind and from than I appreciated the children who works rather than studying.
He said, “I don’t want to go to school”. I asked the reason, he counter questioned me, “What will happen by going to school?” I replied you will learn many things like how things work how can we solve the problems of the things, this will help you in improving you family’s condition. He said, “I have seen many educated people opens a shop like mechanical engineer opens mechanic shop, electrical engineer opens electrical shop than why would I go to school to learn all this when I can learn by working under them and the choice of field will be my own.”
I literally from than stop asking children to study, he was actually correct if you think, he didn’t say he don’t have money may be he could have money for going to school but he chose that life just because he wants to learn only valuable things not the additional rubbish theory that the course provides everyone to digest. If you literally think about it they are getting practical knowledge rather than getting theoretical knowledge and that is not bad he gets enough experience to solve any problem as they have practiced problem solving on the live situations when they were under someone to work. After that the could do anything in that field as they knows all the practical implementations of everything they need.
Now, I think most of you all chose the practical better over theory. But can you tell me if a system gives you both at the same time. Like you are working under someone without any knowledge of anything and he guides you through every problem and simultaneously tells the reason behind it, why did we do that. This gives you same practical experience we discussed above with most of the theoretical knowledge to understand the new things if something comes or even for creating the new things.
And this was the system of Gurukul which was originated in Bharat but now we are not accepting it in India. I can’t understand the reason why we are not starting this. Is education is all about of making well dressed English speaking slaves because Indian education is doing this only. I don’t know when you will wake up from this conventional mindset, but now I am woke up, I am not saying that leave your college or any other thing like that but atleast think about it and tell aware most of the people as you can and atleast don’t force your children to go to school if they think they should go they will tell you and it literally happens I myself does that. I cried for going to school at the age of 2 years and 2 days I started to go to school just because ofmy own wish.
So, don’t force you children just teach them how to read and write your own language and trust me it is not that thing which you can’t teach and if you think you can’t or don’t have time send the child to school but for KGs only and than you can explain things to them you can send them to garage or any electric shop if you want. You can teach them more if you think it is compulsory teach them till you think they could find their ways of career. Than tell them about every career and every field give them books and every that equipment he ask for I can’t say that if will be cost more or less than schools but yes it would develop your child more efficiently and make him expertise in each field he or she wants to choose.
Now for more ease I request to all of you to demand a Gurukul from the government, propose them this idea of education system and ask them to make this official education system of India so that it could again become Bharat. So, that is all for today and hope you all gets the point I wants to convey. So, hoping for the best and waiting for the rest…
