Hello Guys,
Today actually my parents has went to my grandfather’s house as my grandmother was suffering from a fever from quite a while so my parents has went to look after her and they were returning in the evening but at that time health of my grandfather became unwell suddenly so they stayed for tonight, so now they will return tomorrow morning. I hope they will get well soon and everything would be fine there. As today my dad is there but tomorrow I don’t know what will happen.
Well, today I had a call of Shivani and she was talking about the placements and all actually she had applied for the certification of Infosys, but the exam link created some problem because of which she was unable to give the test so she was just asking about it, she was very much worried about the placements of companies, I don’t know who had made her so much scared about interviews or recruitment process, I today explained her everything how everything works, types of questions interviewers ask, how to prepare for it and all I told her everything after listening to it, she replied you are the only person who is saying about the placements that they are easy.
I don’t know who are the other persons she talked to, but they scared her very much they created a great false hype of interview that is of no reason. then she came to Resume, okay let me clear one thing this I told to Shivani and I am now telling to all of you, the resume is the document which represents you so make it look like you more often, atleast attractive like you, your resume should match your personality. I am not talking about the data in it, I will come on that in a moment but for now I am talking about layout and design, it should match your personality.
Now coming onto the data, so the data you fill in you must be 100% percent confident of it that the questions related to the data mentioned in the resume are those from which I can answer any question of any kind if it is somehow related to the topic mentioned in the resume. The resume must satisfy you and the people who thinks resume can be build in half an hour or one.
This is possible but that resume cannot be perfect at any condition so take as much time as you can, do one thing just look at your resume once in a week, read it and if you find something to change or update you do that at that time and then repeat this process forever meanwhile if you needs the resume use that only, it would be perfect atleast for your knowledge you have at that time then update it time to time.
This is the best way to build a resume it will be updated always and you can use it anytime without any editing on the spot. Well for any off-campus or on-campus placements you must know the basics specially related to the fields or topics you mentioned in the resume, specially freshers, don’t think that you will need advance level knowledge of the topics, you must know about the basic and fundamentals nothing else no one expect advanced level from a fresher, you also should frame your answer in the simplest language without much technical language because you must keep in mind that you are answering questions to interviewer not to the developers, interviewers has to keep every topic in mind so they read basics about everything so keep yourself as simple and clear as you can.
I am not any professional teacher or coach to teach how to crack interview, I am telling all this just on the behalf of my experiences of last 5 interviews and I must mention I got selected in all those 5 companies by using these tricks only so you can say these are my secret to crack my interviews of on-campus and off-campus including companies like TCS, WIPRO, Hexaware and 2 more. So you can trust on these tricks, obviously if you want.
So, these were some of my tricks and rest was the effect of resume, if my resume was a person I would definitely said I love you to it as because of it mostly I predicts the flow and even sometimes questions of the interview and in one HR interview only one question was asked to me rest my resume made an impact that HR selected me on the spot by the resume only, so that is all for today as today it was the only thing special I did, rest is just sleeping eating and watching videos and I made this so clear today because this is the one of the main problem in atleast people in my contact, I don’t know why are they so much afraid of interviews why they are thinking it this much difficult.
Well, I cleared it all so I should rest here and nothing else I have to mention so till the joining letter I am just hoping for the best and waiting for the rest…
