All about tech giants today…

Today my whole day went in setting up and personalizing my laptop, from tomorrow I will setup my system for OS development, I still don’t get any solid course but I got some playlist for assembly language which I will start from tomorrow. They are not explaining the concepts completely but they will definitely provide basic syntax understanding and execution process of the code and that would be enough for atleast understanding the sample scripts given in the book I told about.
Along with setting up my system I was watching the work offices of all the big technical companies, I watched office of Google, Apple, Facebook, Microsoft and many other. They all were almost having the same facilities just in different formats. Mostly of them are having a cafeteria inside, play grounds for different sports, which was noticeable easily but yes the concept of this office is really great. This makes us feel like we are not in an office, more than office we feels like we are in a theme park, ofcourse Google was the best of them all in terms of facilities where mostly companies provide play grounds for outdoor sports or physical games, Google is having a separate room of Arcade games, similarly unlike other companies campuses which has plain theme in their infrastructure, Google came up with an interesting alternative to this plain theme.
Google is widely recognized by it’s color combination, so they just applied that color combination theme to their campus. The most colorful and interesting campus of all the companies I have seen today was only of Google, it even doesn’t looks formal or traditional offices with the dedicated desk for work, they made whole office for work and chill both, you can do work where ever you want, they even have a conference bicycle which has the ability to accommodate 7 people at a time. All 7 people can do conference while riding that bicycle it has 1 steering wheel for direction control and 7 seats which each pair of pedal for everyone.
But it is not only in the competition obliviously the facilities provided by the Google is on extreme level but in the looks the best according to me is the Apple’s Headquarters, I am not saying Google doesn’t have a good looks but best is best, which is no doubt is Apple’s iPark it is the most stunning campus I had seen till today online and offline, however I have not seen any companies campus offline yet but online also as far I have seen iPark is the best of all in looks. It is in a donut shape and if you will see it from height live, it will look like a spaceship or UFO. One of the most interesting part of it is after having this much of great appearance also 80% of the area is still having trees and ground, actually all the main sectors of the company lies underground, parking, office, labs and most things.
Okay so we have 2 companies which are best in terms of infrastructure and according to me this is final for atleast campus. Now if we come on the city than Microsoft’s Campus is a whole city, literally a whole city but I am still waiting for the one and only competitor of Google, ‘Amazon’. This company has a great growth rate as we all know it firstly starts from an ecommerce company which in the starting was selling only books than in only 5 years it became competitor of world’s number 1 tech giant Google.
I am just waiting for it’s future city because it is basically having more data of anyone from a well civilized city than that of Google and it has more R&D programs and with it’s high growth rate it can make a generalized Artificial Intelligence much faster than anyone else and it can be used in it’s city which can be fully connected with whole IoT systems and other devices. It could be the smartest city ever made if Amazon really wants to build it. There will be always a risk of an AI system to go on wrong track which will definitely happen some day but we cannot stop developing by thinking the risk of the future.
So, that is all for today tomorrow I will continue my work of OS development and other things. Waiting for Amazon’s future city and till than hoping for the best…
