Virtual Onboarding…
Hello Guys,
Today was a nice day, today was my virtual onboarding which was nice and I had no problem in it related to anything that might be because we already searched many things about the company and this course, so we already knew about the policies, procedures and all, it was good and kind of bad both to know everything in advance, good in the way that, because of it I had no doubts related to all the procedures and all, bad in the way that it was specifically for the people who didn’t knew things and have problems related their agreement forms and other documentations.
It told us about our salary accounts and working account of WIPRO in which we will be working, well these will come in effect after joining so now the next part is joining, which is on 26th so till then I would be in Hyderabad itself. Well, so I will start my all of the works from then in the starting my dad is coming with me but he will leave before my joining time so everything will be fine, they also told about various policies and allowance we could utilize whenever we are eligible for it, so that we will be knowing everything before joining the company so that they could directly start with the further process and all the logins and account related problems could be resolved before joining only.
This was actually good but because I haven’t made any mistake in agreement forms and documentation, I had to wait almost for 1.5 hours which were just wasted of mine, I also asked them if we who didn’t had any queries can leave the meeting they denied by giving a reason that we have to tell you some more points, so please don’t leave the meeting it might affect your joining, so I stayed tune in that after 1.5 hours they announced the lunch time and said to come back at 2:00 P.M. they announced lunch at 1:15 P.M. almost and when we came back they just announced some names whose background verifications were clear and said them to leave the meeting.
Well that was the worst thing, they keep us tuned for 1.5 hours and them announced lunch time and after lunch time they just said us to leave, but I feels lucky to have name in that list of names who had to leave because I don’t wanted to sit for 1 hour more, we were attending the session from 9:00 A.M. and it got ended almost at 2:15 P.M. for us who were had no documentation problem, I don’t know about those who had that issue. They might be stayed there for 1 to 1.5 hours more, well this was all happened in the virtual onboarding, I am happy to listen about the salary account that we can make it in any bank with the help of WIPRO, now I can finally have an account in one of the best private bank which is HDFC and I will ask one of my friend to apply in Axis, so that we could access both banks and use offers of both baniks.
Except that I just practiced for the tournament today also and I don’t want to tell anything about it I just want to qualify the in-game qualifiers so I am just practicing for that nothing else, well I a practicing as much guns and as much tricks I can, I am trying jump shots, drop shots, jiggle and fall shots, well I am best in jump shots from all of them and I am worst in drop shots, so I am improving it and I will increase my duration of practice once I will reach Hyderabad, so let’s see what will happen there.
Well I am thinking to ask about my original documentations like 6th semester original marksheet, provisional degree and course completion certificate, I will talk about all of this once I will get time tomorrow because I am going to my village one last time before leaving so I don’t know how much time I will get and how much time will college take to get ready all the documents well I will try to make them do all of this as soon as possible however now I have time of 3 months to submit all the documents provided by the company so I don’t have that much of problem for now and I know college will provide all the documents in this much time any how, but I am thinking to take all of my documents with me so I don’t need to worry about all of that and I did not need to come back to Gwalior for this specifically.
Well let’s see what will happen tomorrow if they get ready all the documents tomorrow I will collect them overmorrow, well I know most of you might didn’t know what does it mean, so it basically refer to day after tomorrow and you haven’t hear this because as much as I read about this word this was used in Bible for once and not after that so, it is kind of obsolete word, but I am using this word because I liked this word, well ignore it, so let’s see what will happen in the future till then hoping for best waiting for the rest…
