Private Jobs are not bad too…

Today was almost same as yesterday, relaxing where as today I talked to my new Project Manager, I will come to that later but firstly I should begin from start, well from the morning as usual I was attending my training of JAVA and Six Sigma, so meanwhile the Project manager pinged me in MS Teams and asked me if I would like to join his project or am I interested in his project I asked him about the project he relied with some App and Web Development, I asked him to elaborate he asked me about when I would be free so that we can contact each other through call.
After the class was over I just messaged him, he replied that he is in another call with a client so he will call me at 2:30 P.M. I said it will be fine no problem, so at 2:28 P.M. exact he asked me if I am free or not, I said yes he immediately called on MS Teams only, we had a voice call over there he elaborated me about the project, then I asked my role so he explained we have 2 development groups one is of C# Dot Net and other is Angular.
I told him I have no experience in any of them and even I haven’t seen Angular yet, I don’t know anything about it, he replied that he would arrange a training for that so I can learn there, I asked about which one will be mine, he said Angular, well I have no problem because if it is about learning I can do that and I am totally for scripting and programming, so I hope I will have fun in this project.
Well, according to me I will have fun for whole 5 years here, because my work here is to learn new things which they are providing, and I love to learn new things, here are heck of technologies and we are in the state of learning everything, as you might notice, I knew Python but the training given to me was of JAVA however there is a stream of Python too, after that I knew C# but I will work on Angular, well I will learn Angular now, so actually we are getting paid for learning, which is great atleast for the kind of person I am.
I learn whatever I get for free or whatever someone wants me to teach for free and here in WIPRO they are teaching me different things and paying me for it too, so this is the appropriate job for me, atleast now I think so rest how it will become in future I have no idea, well let’s see what will happen in future.
Except the fact of teaching, I like the way of communication in the whole organization, the respectful and delightfulness in everything and to everything, here everybody talk to us like we are not juniors or freshers they talk to us like we are already part of the family we just never met to each other, the training class was not like a class it was like a discussion of everything to everything, we discussing our hobbies, our dreams and were having fun cracking jokes there in the meeting with our trainer.
So, I don’t know why people gets afraid of Private Jobs, however own business is far better than working in a Private Company after all cage is a cage even if it is of gold, it actually depends on your mentality, vision and dreams otherwise there is no problem in corporate jobs also, so think about it and try them as I say try everything and then decide what is best for you, so I am trying the things as well as I have decided what I have to do further and I am working for it too, so everything is going fine, let’s see what will happen in the future till then hoping for the best and waiting for the rest…
