Day of tragedies…
Hello Guys,
Today was a very problematic day, everything today was creating issue in being completed, I was not able to do anything today, let me start from the beginning, so in the morning we got our salary credited, usually we don’t disclose our salary to these kind of public places but I want to disclose salary of Nisha that got credited today, it was just Rs.1460.
I was literally shocked by the news, then I told her this might be a mistake because of quantum period everything is creating some kind of issue, every application of our company is creating issue and got impacted by it, so I just told her that it might be because of that do one thing ask to your project manager once because he already told that this month the shift charges will not be credited, everything will be credited next month.
But, the problem was she didn’t even got the basic salary discussed, so she talked about it to the project head, he told do one thing raise a helpline ticket for this and attach your payroll in it, yet we were not having payroll too because it gets generated till the end of the day, so we just started waiting for it because after that only we can take any action.
After that me and the one both went to enquire about the shipment charges of some household stuff, that she needs to be shifted from her city to somewhere else, so we went to railway station regarding that after wasting almost 30 to 45 minutes, we didn’t get any information, then from there we went to DTDC courier service and the person there was went for lunch at that time, so this also we can’t do.
Well after getting fed up from everywhere we just came back to our homes and after that just to make my mood better and relax I just started the game and played it, I was not able to play that much better today but atleast I was playing pretty descent so atleast that was a thing which didn’t went wrong today.
After playing sometime I just started the course of that ELK stack which I was going through because that is also important to complete I am already very much behind of my team in terms of knowledge but they all are senior from me so that is different thing, but I want to start contributing to the project as soon as possible, so I went through that course further, well after that I again got a shock while I was doing that course after almost 3 tutorials, I Nisha informed me that our payrolls have came.
So, we checked her payroll in which the deduction was mentioned as a fair deduction, I was so much shocked for it, she was just crying I was trying to calm her down but she was already in so much panic mode that it became very difficult then I told her let me talk to your HR and let’s see what could be done because the deduction done was not that much as it was mentioned it was actually got halved from last month but it got 100% deducted.
Well, I just messaged her HR as she was not in the state to talk to her, I called her HR too but she didn’t picked the call, so I just framed a mail regarding this issue and along with the message in Microsoft Teams, I mailed her that all too from Nisha’s id and now we have to wait for her reply and I somehow make Nisha calm by saying just give them 24 hours time because no one can do anything on the spot in this case it will take time so let them respond and if we don’t get satisfaction with the reply we will go on higher authorities.
Well, let’s see what will happen tomorrow because the whole day today went like this only, well I am just thinking we will get some satisfactory reply from the HR related to this atleast something will be right, well that is all for today, let’s see what will happen tomorrow till then hoping for the best and waiting for the rest…
