1 month in job…
Hello Guys,
Today was very exciting day for me, actually today I got introduced to some of my team members actually in many regions it was holiday today, so I could get introduced only to few, however I got introduced to the freshers in my team joined with me, well today they told us whole about the project distribution and flow, the categories in the project they are having and alot of things.
Obviously, I can’t mention everything here as of the policies of the company states that clearly so, but yes the thing I can disclose is my programming language, actually it is not yet confirmed, we have 2 languages to work on Angular and C# but I am not experienced in any of them however I knew C# a little but I don’t know Angular at all.
Well, they have informed that they will provide the training for both, so it shouldn’t be any problem, our category will be confirmed on Wednesday till then they have joined us in a group in MS Teams and said to access its resources and try to understand about the project and all the flow of the work I have looked the group and read some conversations of it.
I liked it because it is kind of developers conversations instead of senior-junior conversation, I like the environment here it is actually the supporting environment rather than Boss Employee environment, I am learning what I came to learn here, what I thought I needed, so I am satisfied by choosing WIPRO for my start.
I have completed 1 month here, mostly the whole month went in just training but the training provided was also very much satisfying the instructor was very friendly, he laughs with us on our jokes and use sarcastic phrases also it felt like he was not our senior he was our friend only and as I am having conversation of many other officials also like Project Head, Project Manager, Supervisor everyone have the same attitude no one is imposing anything or forcing anything on others.
If we ask for the solution from someone s/he will try to solve it if in their hands otherwise they will suggest us the right person and the whole procedure for solving that, I can understand why WIPRO is in Top 5 Indian MNCs, well for now I can only understand that people in WIPRO are very happy with the company however I need to find the strategy WIPRO is using to keep its employee this much satisfied with the company, so I will find out that also.
Well, for today that is enough so I am resting here and yes except this I just watched the series I had started Under The Dome it is very much interesting but I don’t think it is worth to watch now so I am pausing it I have completed the second season today but I will pause the third season for a while, well let’s see what will happen till then hoping for the best and waiting for the rest…
