ISP Solutions initiative…
Hello Guys,
Today was very relaxed, no work, no project, nothing to do just relax, I actually slept today almost in sleeping for like 4 to 5 hours, but I also practiced Python today as from last few weeks I am not able to practice Python, so I just practiced it today, well I had an idea for ISP Solutions today and it includes all of the IT or CS enthusiasts.
Actually this is mostly an initiative for the students who are in college and want to know about scenarios, projects and other stuff in Corporate world, you all will have an in hand project to do, just like in company, the joining is free and the joining process will be just similar to join a corporate job, apply for it by submitting your resume, you will get a mail which will have the interview details.
We have skipped one step here which is Aptitude and Reasoning test, well I don’t want you to feel to be very difficult to join it, however we will discuss about that too in the team so that you can join the original MNC without any problem and once you are in you will already have an idea how does it work.
The main reason for this initiative is many people think it is very difficult to get in a corporate job and once you are in it would be very hectic, so I just want them to look at the reality, however I know many of the companies make everything hectic, gives very much load on the employees with very short deadline but our team would be having the structure of Top MNCs like WIPRO, TCS and Infosys.
As mostly people get the feedback from the small companies or startups, so the reality is small companies and startups would definitely makes everything hectic because they want to move ahead but they don’t have that much experiences so they just think more work means faster movement which is actually not true, so I want to give an idea how the Real Top and Stable MNC works and behaves with it’s team.
I’ll be sharing my experience in WIPRO and everything which I could, we will help you to get in a corporate world, get a job and become habitual of it, well I will be launching this on my YouTube channel (ISP Solutions), so be updated there, so let’s see I am planning to launch it till then end of this month well, let’s see when it will be implemented till then hoping for the best and waiting for the rest…
