Confusion Of Life…

Today I am little bit confused in 2 things ‘Ethics’ and ‘Value to Yourself’. Firstly my day was quite nice yup I can’t make any video today but uploaded one and whole day was gone in it’s editing. After that I tried to play game and make the video but I was unable to my game I don’t know suddenly disconnected and than I can’t join it again don’t know why? But yes that was the day now was it good or bad I don’t know you decide it according to you.
Now the things which I am confused in. Okay, this is not easy task first what are ‘Ethics’ they are generally known as moral values kind of set of rules which defines good or bad personality in the society. How ever they are not applied fully today no one can fully satisfied these ‘Ethics’ in todays world. But those who atleast shows that they are following, are good according to society and those who don’t show are bad.
My confusion is what if ‘Ethics’ comes in middle of your ‘Value to Yourself’? Suppose a situation, you works in a private job at a post of manager which you are got paid not enough for your family but you are doing it from a long time approx. 35 years (would be okay I think) than you got an offer for same post by another company with atleast twice or even thrice increment of your salary. Now what will you do? Would you join the other company or you will stick to previous one.
I am confused in it very badly as I am a non-emotional practical person I will obliviously take the offer as I deserves it that is why they are offering to me this much high. I have skills and experience which they needs so why won’t I accept that. It is legit and fine to me. Now second prospective or the ‘ETHICAL’ prospective is that I have worked with my current job for 35 years which is not short span of time. I am at the position in which almost everything depends on me. As a manager that is my work to manage all the things after the owner or the boss. So after this much long time the kind of family I have made, should I change my job? because in the ethical prospective it is wrong to leave.
Now which direction is right because if I not seems ‘Ethical’ my respect or the face value will decrease in the market or so called society, and if I work ethically I will lose value of my skills and myself in front of me as well as my family is also there which I have to consider. Now what is right and legit thing to do in this situation. Also if you think after 35 years it is literally not good to leave. So, what is the ideal time to leave to change a company after how many years, according to you?
