Time knows everything…
Hello Guys,
Today I didn’t do much, however I talked to my project head about my project switch, on which he said that it is difficult before 18 months as the policy is of 18 months before switching a project but he was saying that if I am interested in some other domain he won’t stop me or force me to stay in this project.
Well, he told so but I am still feared about the policy as he is also in the company and he has to follow the rules of the company, so I am very much afraid of that, well I don’t know what will happen of that but I am trying as I know I can’t continue this project.
So, I will try my best to make a switch however I don’t know but I will try, well other than this I don’t have done anything today I was just looking the way to make a switch, the major reason because of this is I am not able to focus on anything, neither I am able to focus on the company project nor on my project, I am even not able to focus on my learning.
So, to really grow I need to switch the project I will not grow in this project but I will definitely grow stress in the project in my mind, so I don’t want that, I need to switch because I have something in my mind related to my future, I know not every plan succeed but you all know how much I put my efforts in this plan, so I don’t have time to waste in a project that doesn’t take me near to my goal.
Well that is all for today, I don’t know about my future but I can’t give up on my plans because trying can have a 0.1 percent chance of succeeding but not trying will ensure my failure, so I don’t want to fail only because of my decisions, so let’s see what will happen in the future till then hoping for the best and waiting for the rest…
