ISP Solutions is also on the way…
Hello Guys,
Today was a great day, Shivani gave me a paid project to complete today only, so today I spent my whole day in that only, I was testing the program and making a documentation of the project, I like the testing work because I was having many prospective to improve the code which was written ideally, so I liked that it was a Bank Service System and took whole day to complete the whole project and needed to deliver today only.
So, I did that and because of that I felt the need to focus on my ISP Solutions more than I am focusing right now because this is what I feels like represents me, ISP Solutions is not only a word for me it is like my own representation and I am feeling like I am not focusing on my own representation, so from now I would be focusing more on this as much as possible.
However I need time for that and I know I have to take out time for that and that is the main reason of leaving the project because it is not the thing which should define my work as I only see ISP Solutions as my profession and that is all I always be thinking about, I joined the company to see the environment of the India’s top 3rd company and I have a great experience of it.
I don’t know if I am right or not but the thing is I have some plus points for the company and some minus points too, so I have what should be the ideal thing I should do in ISP Solutions especially for the employees who will join here, the major part of any company is the employees working there, so you just have to keep your employees engaged and make them feel comfortable with the work.
I have many ways to achieve this in ISP Solutions, and they are not at all like the traditional ways that is for sure, obviously I can’t describe it right here as every company has it’s own business secrets, and I too have some so I will not describe them here but the major thing is I will do as much as possible for my employees only, because if employees are happy they bring us more efficiency and as well as they themselves brings more employees.
It is just like sales, if your customers are happy they will bring more customers to you and if your employees are happy they will bring more employees to you after all in both the cases you are providing something, in case of customers you are providing goods or services and in case of employees you are providing Jobs and employment to them.
Well, that is all for today as today whole day went in that project only, so I just completed that project and after that I analyzed the existing company process and had a lot of thinking process and plans, so at the right time I will execute it also, once ISP Solutions will be at that level which it will be for sure one day, so I am excited for that day till then working hard for that one day along with hoping for the best and waiting for the rest…
